About the Project

Welcome to Our TRAUTOM Project

The TRAUTOM Project – Competencies for the 21st Century focuses on supporting education within the context of green and digital transformation in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

Launched in June 2024, the project aims to create opportunities for businesses and individuals in the region through education and advisory services.

As the region evolves, so does the labor market—new jobs emerge, while others gradually disappear. This shift brings new competency requirements and, consequently, the need for employee education.

We are all part of this transformation process. At TRAUTOM, we view these changes as an opportunity and focus on people when designing our services.

We have developed, and will continue to develop, various services for citizens, businesses, schools, and other institutions.

These services are funded by the EU and project partners.

Mission & Story

A Transformation which Thinks about People

Through education and consulting, we turn global trends into real opportunities for every business and individual in the Moravian-Silesian Region.

The TRAUTOM Story

The TRAUTOM – Competencies for the 21st Century project, led by the Moravian-Silesian Employment Pact (MS Pakt), was approved by the Ministry of the Environment in 2024. It was officially introduced to the public in June at the Moravian-Silesian Regional Authority, one of the founding members of the MS Pakt. The core team consists of 14 employees and several specialized external experts.

TRAUTOM collaborates with employers and industry specialists to prepare businesses and individuals for current and future labor market changes. It offers analytical services, free consulting, and comprehensive guidance for creating education strategies that drive innovation within companies, institutions, and the region.

For citizens, we offer career counseling centers with group, individual, and online counseling to help with reskilling, upskilling, and career transitions.

For businesses, we assist in developing training plans and transformation strategies that respond to technological advancements and industrial changes. Companies can fund their employee training programs through public grants.

TRAUTOM supports education and skill development for the 21st century.
