About the Project
Welcome to Our TRAUTOM Project
The TRAUTOM Project – Competencies for the 21st Century focuses on supporting education within the context of green and digital transformation in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
Launched in June 2024, the project aims to create opportunities for businesses and individuals in the region through education and advisory services.
As the region evolves, so does the labor market—new jobs emerge, while others gradually disappear. This shift brings new competency requirements and, consequently, the need for employee education.
We are all part of this transformation process. At TRAUTOM, we view these changes as an opportunity and focus on people when designing our services.

We have developed, and will continue to develop, various services for citizens, businesses, schools, and other institutions.
These services are funded by the EU and project partners.
What is the goal of the TRAUTOM project?
- Increase awareness of green and digital transformation, its specific forms, and its impact on various industries.
- Help businesses understand the impact of the green transition on employee competency requirements within the regional economy
- Improve access to education and training opportunities.
- Encourage companies to invest in employee education, thereby increasing workforce participation in training programs.
- Enhance perceptions of education quality and its impact on employee competencies.
- Support strategic workforce education planning at the company level.
- Align corporate training objectives with long-term trends, regional needs, and EU goals.
- Foster collaboration between businesses of different types in workforce training.
- Increase SME participation in workforce education.
- Support the engagement of regional educational institutions in lifelong learning.
